Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason outside of a defective or damaged item. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. Contact us within 7 days of your delivery date at hello@anacixem.com with the following:

A clear photo of the damaged or defective item

A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Wrong Item Received
If you received an item that is different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@anacixem.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will cover the cost of return shipping and send the correct item.
Size & Fit
We are not responsible for incorrect size selections. Please refer to the size guide on the product page before ordering. If you are unsure about sizing, contact us before placing your order and we will help you choose the right fit.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at hello@anacixem.com with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate the request but cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.
